General

We process personal data only within the legally permitted framework, in particular pursuant to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Austrian Telecommunications Act (TKG) for users in Austria, as well as Portuguese data protection law as the operator's home jurisdiction.

Hosting

This website is operated with an external hosting provider (Hostinger). When you visit the site, the hosting provider automatically processes technical access data (including IP address, date/time of access, page accessed, browser used) in so-called server log files. This processing serves the technical provisioning and security of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is automatically deleted after a short period.

Google AdSense

This website uses, or plans to use, Google AdSense, an advertising service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). Form Simulation (external library)

On the Meldezettel simulation page, we load a JavaScript library (pdf-lib) from an external CDN (unpkg.com) to fill out the PDF form directly in your browser. This technically transmits your IP address to the CDN operator. The form data you enter never leaves your browser — it is neither sent to us nor to any third party, nor stored anywhere.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection regarding your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact finaistelas@gmail.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority — for users in Austria, in particular the Austrian Data Protection Authority (DSB), or with the Portuguese CNPD in the operator's home jurisdiction.

Retention Period

Personal data is only stored for as long as necessary for the respective purpose, or as required by statutory retention obligations.
